About Us

About Carebridge Healthcare Limited

we are committed to empowering young people aged 16 and above as they transition from adolescence to adulthood. As a non-ring-fenced, Ofsted-registered service in the UK, our mission is to provide structured yet flexible supported living arrangements. We aim to enable young individuals to thrive independently, equipped with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to succeed in life.

Our Mission

We recognise that for many young people in the care system, the transition to independent living can be emotionally challenging. Our services are designed to guide them through this critical period, whether they are moving from a residential children’s home, foster care, or another supported living situation. We provide personalised pathways that allow for flexibility—whether a young person is best suited to a self-contained flat with minimal support or a fully supported, semi-independent home with 24/7 supervision.

Our Team

Led by experienced professionals in health and social care, our team is passionate about helping young people not just survive the challenges of early adulthood—but thrive. Every young person is unique, and our approach reflects that, providing tailored support plans that foster resilience, independence, and a sense of belonging.

Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

At Carebridge, we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to unlock their full potential. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment for all young people. We celebrate the individuality of every resident, ensuring that our services are culturally sensitive and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, regardless of their background, ethnicity, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. Our staff are trained in diversity and inclusion practices, and we actively encourage respect, understanding, and acceptance among all residents and staff members.
